Exchange / Return Policy

We offer easy return and exchange policies for a better online shopping experience. Returns/ Exchange Policy:

1. You can return or exchange all Kayfi products up to 14 days after receipt.
2. Products cannot be exchanged or returned after 14 days of receipt. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and in its original packaging with the invoice and product label intact.
3. Promotional and sale items can only be exchanged, but not returned.

4. Items listed under Clearance cannot be exchanged or returned.
5. You will not be charged for the exchange unless the price of the new product selected is higher than that of the exchanged item.

If you wish to exchange the item, then:

Exchange process
1. Go to 'My Account' and request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Select the new product you wish to exchange on the website.
3. If the price of the selected new product is higher than that of the exchanged item, pay the difference online.
4. If the price of the selected new product is lower than the exchanged item, the difference amount will be issued as store credit.
5. You will receive an email from the 'Kayfi Support Team' with the collection details of your order.

Exchange policy

1. The item should be unused and in the original packaging along with the invoice and tags.
2. If the exchanged items do not meet our quality standards, the item will be returned to your shipping address, your exchange request will be cancelled and you will have to pay the shipping charges.
3. You will receive an email/update from Kayfi explaining all details, including the shipping address and other instructions.

If you wish to return the item, then:

Return process
1. Go to the 'return page' and enter the required details like order number and Email ID to Proceed with the process.
2. Once the return request is approved on our website, you can drop off the item at your nearest post office.

Return Policy

1. The item should be unused and in the original packaging along with the invoice and tags.
2. If the returned items do not meet our quality standards like perfume, stains, marks etc, the item will be returned to your shipping address, your return request will be cancelled and you will have to pay the shipping charges.
3. You will receive an email/update from Kayfi explaining all details, including the shipping address and other instructions.
4. Refunds will only apply to the amount of the item/s in your order/s with all applicable taxes and duties, not including the shipping fee and any customs fee.
5. If the order was paid using Tamara, your refund will be processed following the vendor's terms and conditions.
