Contest Winners Terms & Conditions

1. By participating, the contestant agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules. In addition, Participant agrees to accept the decisions of Kayfi as final and binding as it relates to the Competition.

2. Only one entry per participant [with same email ID and contact #] shall be allowed. Entries made with multiple addresses or identities or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries during the contest period are automatically void.

3. The contestant agrees that they shall not impersonate, disguises or conceals any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents a Participant’s affiliation with a person or entity. The Company reserves its right to cross-check the identity of the winners to ascertain any manipulative methods are used by the winners to claim prizes. Any findings shall lead to ineligibility of the winner.

4. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

5. For claiming the prize the winner shall provide their ID document [Emirates ID/Passport copy]. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

6. If a prize winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Any violation of these Rules may result in disqualification and the revocation of any prize.

7. Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE and Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
